Vinyasa: We will be flowing through carefully sequenced postures, focusing on connecting body to breath, improving flexibility and strength, and calming the mind. Suitable for all levels.
Power Vinyasa: A faster-paced, dynamic vinyasa class, with a focus on strength and endurance. Some yoga experience suggested.
Gentle: A slower-paced vinyasa class given on Sunday evening to relax and restore the mind, body, and spirit. Suitable for all levels.
Restorative: A non-flowing class, where we will be holding in restorative poses to slowly open the body while prompting a healing response from the parasympathetic nervous system (which controls relaxation, digestion, and metabolism), particularly excellent for athletic recovery and to prepare the body for a good night's rest. Suitable for all levels.
